With a mission to make Nepali language education accessible, accurate, and culturally rich, Kiran leads the platform’s vision, strategy, and technical direction.

Puspa Kunwar
Operations Head – Lipi Mala
Puspa Kunwar brings over 15 years of experience in showroom management, client-facing technical operations, marketing, and sales, having worked with both local and multinational companies. He is also an expert in digital strategy, colour management, and graphic communication.
He currently serves as Head of Sales at Metamax Studio and DPS Design, while also leading operations at Lipi Mala. At Lipi Mala, he manages daily operations and sales, drives cross-functional collaboration, and ensures seamless platform performance. His expertise and leadership keep the project organized, efficient, and on track.
Dr. Baldev Sharma Adhikari
Nepali Language Expert
Dr. Baldev Sharma Adhikari, popularly known as ‘Gaunle Baldev’, is a renowned scholar, educator, writer, and editor in the field of Nepali language, grammar, and literature. He has made significant contributions to the preservation and promotion of the Nepali language, particularly in the areas of orthography, grammar, and linguistics. Holding a PhD from Nepal Sanskrit University with a dissertation on “The Influence of Sanskrit on Nepali Orthography,” he also completed advanced studies in Sanskrit and Nepali from Tribhuvan University and Nepal Sanskrit University. As the coordinator of the “Save Nepali Language Campaign” and chancellor of Aksharalaya Language Academy, he has conducted numerous language training programs for government officials, schools, journalists, and even Nepali educators abroad.
He is also a prolific writer, columnist, editor, and orator. He has authored and edited over 30 books on Nepali grammar and language education. His epic poems, narrative poetry, essays, literary critiques, and articles have been widely published in leading journals and newspapers. He has received numerous honors and awards from the Government of Nepal and various organizations, including the prestigious Laxmi Prasad Devkota Poetic Award. With over 55 years of teaching and training experience, Dr. Adhikari is a dedicated and inspiring figure committed to the purity, structure, and beauty of the Nepali language.

A passionate contributor to open-source projects, Suman thrives on solving complex technical challenges and constantly updates his skills to stay at the forefront of mobile innovation. His expertise is central to delivering a smooth, intuitive user experience in the Lipi Mala app.
Bikram GUrung
Full-Stack Developer – Lipi Mala
Bikram is a highly skilled developer with over 11 years of experience in the IT industry. He is a multi-platform programmer with strong command over multiple programming languages and frameworks. Bikram works closely with Kiran on Lipi Mala and other innovation-driven projects.
Known for his dedication, versatility, and love for coding, Bikram brings a rare balance of technical depth and project management skills. He is passionate about solving problems through technology, leading development efforts, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Asmita Gurung
UX/UI Designer – Lipi Mala
Asmita Gurung is a talented UX/UI designer with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of user behavior. At Lipi Mala, she leads the design of intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience across all platforms. Her design approach combines creativity with usability, ensuring every product not only looks beautiful but also feels seamless to use.

Anjali, serving as a 3D Animator, brings characters and stories to life through expressive animation and imaginative visual storytelling.
Puspa, as an Animated Raw Clips Editor, skillfully refines and edits content, ensuring smooth flow, clarity, and engaging pacing in every video.
Together, they combine creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for education to craft meaningful content that resonates with children.
