Lipimala Global Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Lipimala Global Competition (“Competition”) is open to children aged 3 to 15 years at the time of entry.

1.2 Participants must compete only within their correct age category.

1.3 Proof of age may be requested at any stage, and failure to provide valid proof may result in disqualification.

2. Parental Supervision

2.1 Parents or legal guardians may supervise and provide general guidance to the participant.

2.2 Parents or guardians must not control, prompt, influence, or complete any part of the competition entry.

2.3 Any entry found to be completed or substantially assisted by a parent or guardian will be disqualified immediately.

3. Originality of Work

3.1 All submissions must be the original and independent work of the child.

3.2 Copied, traced, plagiarized, AI-generated, or previously published work is strictly prohibited.

3.3 The organizer reserves the right to verify originality at any time.

4. Entries

4.1 Each participant is permitted one (1) entry only, unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Entries must be submitted before the official deadline. Late, incomplete, or corrupted submissions will not be accepted.

4.3 The organizer is not responsible for technical issues, internet failures, or submission errors.

5. Judging

5.1 All eligible entries will be assessed by a panel of judges appointed by Lipimala.

5.2 Judging criteria may include creativity, originality, age appropriateness, and overall presentation.

5.3 The judges’ decision shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

6. Fair Play & Disqualification

6.1 Lipimala maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward unfair practices or misrepresentation.

6.2 The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any stage if these Terms & Conditions are breached.

6.3 Participants found violating the rules may be barred from participating in future Lipimala competitions.

7. Prize

7.1 The Competition winner will receive an iPad or a cash prize of equivalent value, as determined by the organizer.

7.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for other items.

7.3 Lipimala reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Use of Submissions

8.1 By entering the Competition, parents or guardians grant Lipimala a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the submitted work for promotional, educational, or official purposes, with due credit to the participant.

8.2 No additional compensation will be provided for such use.

9. Code of Conduct

9.1 Participants and parents must behave respectfully toward organizers, judges, and other participants.

9.2 Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate disqualification.

10. Organizer’s Rights

10.1 Lipimala reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition if circumstances beyond its control arise.

10.2 Any changes will be communicated through official Lipimala channels.

11. Acceptance of Terms

11.1 Participation in the Competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

11.2 Failure to comply with any provision may result in disqualification without notice.
